Service A-Injection only

For P-element injection-----$200 for 250 to 300 embryos injection plus $25 handling charge per order.

For phiC31 lines injection-----$180 for 150 to 200 embryos injection plus $25 handling charge per order.

For phiC32 large construct over 30kb injection----$270 for 400 embryos injection plus $25 handling charge per order.

Service B-Injection and screening

For P-element injection-----$400 for each construct plus $25 handling charge per order.

We guarantee 1) at least three transformant lines for construct with insertion less than 10kb, 2) 35 to 40 days turn-around time, and 3) free re-service upon request if the number of transformant lines is less than three.

For phiC31 injection-------$280 for each construct plus $25 handling charge per order.

For phiC31 large construct over 30kb injection-------$400 for each large construct plus $25 handling charge per order.

We guarantee 1) at least one transformant lines for construct with insertion less than 10kb, 2) 35 to 40 days turn-around time, and 3) free re-service upon request if there is no transformant line. No obligation for re-injection if construct is over 30kb.
